What it means: The after-table is produced by re-reading the cleaned file, not by assuming success. Producer is the one exception: the PDF library that saves the cleaned file re-stamps it with its own name, so the original producer string is gone but the field is not blank. Creation/modification timestamps and any XMP packet are preserved and disclosed honestly — this tool cleans the document information dictionary, not every byte of provenance.
